Ces échanges enablestent d’apporter un éclairage concret sur les enjeux actuels de la finance, de la gestion et du pilotage des organisations, à travers des retours d’expérience et des études de cas réels.

Topics covered include the evolution of finance professions, analysis of corporate financial performance, digital transformation in management professions, and the importance of analytical and soft skills in financial careers. These encounters connect academic learning with the realities of the professional world.

HESTIM encourages third-year students to organize professional conferences themselves. This experience strengthens their project management, communication and leadership skills while preparing them for professional life.

The conference “Artificial Intelligence Serving Startups,” recently organized by students, was highly successful, bringing together innovation experts and entrepreneurs and demonstrating their ability to lead discussions on major current issues.

Company Visits & Field Immersion

Convaincue de l’importance de la pratique et de l’immersion sur le terrain, HESTIM établit un véritable lien entre la formation académique et la réalité du monde professionnel. Dans le cadre du parcours Finance & Comptabilité de la licence Management and Organizational Management, students bénéficient de visites régulières d’entreprises, d’institutions financières et d’organisations de référence.

Ces immersions peuvent notamment inclure la découverte d’institutions telles que Bank Al-Maghrib, the Casablanca Stock Exchange, banking institutions, audit firms and companies in the financial sector, enabling students to directly observe finance professions, market mechanisms and financial management practices.
