Key Strengths of the PGE Marketing and Strategic Communication Track
Thematic Conferences & Seminars
Within its Grande École Digital Marketing and Innovation track, HESTIM places strong emphasis on connecting students with industry best practices. Throughout the year, high-level conferences are organized and led by executives, international experts, visionary entrepreneurs and alumni holding strategic positions.
These encounters provide direct immersion in emerging trends in marketing, innovation and management through practical testimonials and inspiring case studies.
Every year, HESTIM organizes its Management Practice Days, a flagship event bringing together students, experts, executives and industry professionals to explore careers and major developments in management.
For several days, the campus is transformed into a genuine experimentation laboratory:
- Interactive workshops focused on real-world challenges and the development of innovative solutions.
- Management simulations that place students in the role of decision-makers facing real business situations.
- Round-table discussions led by specialists, offering multiple perspectives on emerging trends, changing professions and the skills sought in the job market.
These days are much more than a simple academic complement: they provide direct immersion in the reality of organizations, where concepts studied in class come to life.
Competitions & Challenges
The Marketing and Strategic Communication track trains creative, innovative managers capable of anticipating market developments. To take their skills even further and test their ideas against real-world conditions, our students regularly participate in high-level competitions and challenges.
These experiences lead students to work in teams, develop practical strategies and defend their projects before panels of experts.
HESTIM is proud to count among its achievements the 2nd place won by our fifth-year students at Africa Place Marketing, organized by Casablanca Events et Animation. This challenge, focused on “Territorial identity as a driver of resilient and sustainable attractiveness,” tested their place-marketing skills and their ability to propose original, impactful solutions.
At HESTIM, these victories go far beyond trophies: they are tangible proof that our teaching approach develops professionals ready to perform in demanding and highly competitive environments.
Field Immersion & Professional Visits
Learning reaches its full potential when experienced in the field. Students in this track regularly take part in company visits, meetings with professionals and specialized trade shows.
These experiences allow them to discover how organizations operate from the inside, understand real market challenges and observe how strategies come to life in a real-world context.
Among these experiences, HESTIM makes a point of taking its students every year to Digital Now, a key event for digital transformation in Morocco. There, they discover innovations shaping the future, engage with industry leaders and draw inspiration from real projects to enrich their professional outlook.
These immersive experiences bridge theory and practice and develop a pragmatic, operational understanding of contemporary marketing and innovation challenges.
Professional Software
HESTIM ensures that every student is prepared to meet the challenges of the professional world and perform effectively in their future career. Learning professional software such as SPSS, Sphinx, Power BI, Python and MRP enables students to manipulate, analyze and visualize data, as well as manage projects in a practical way.
This technical proficiency directly prepares students for careers in digital marketing and innovation by developing immediately applicable skills that are highly sought after by companies.

Blended Learning & Certifications
The track offers a range of professional courses and certifications available through the Coursera platform, such as Google Ads, Agile Project Management, Brand Content and Sales & CRM. These courses combine theory and practice, enabling students to develop skills that can be directly applied in the professional world.
These certifications are recognized by world-renowned universities and partner training institutions, providing a guarantee of quality and credibility, and can be showcased alongside the logos of these institutions.

In addition, the curriculum includes preparation for the PMP-PMI certification, delivered internally by HESTIM instructors, ensuring personalized support in line with international project management standards.

This approach enables students to graduate with operational, certified skills that can be immediately leveraged in their future careers in digital marketing, innovation and project management.
Educational Games
To develop creativity, strategic thinking and decision-making skills, the track incorporates educational games and professional simulations.
Every year, our students take part in the CESIM Global Challenge, an international competition that places them in realistic management and marketing situations. With each edition, our teams progress and distinguish themselves, strengthening their ability to analyze, make decisions and innovate in complex environments.

These immersive activities enable students to acquire operational skills while strengthening their teamwork, responsiveness and problem-solving abilities—essential qualities for succeeding in the professional world.
Entrepreneurial Culture & Innovation
HESTIM encourages its students to think “out of the box,” an essential mindset in a constantly evolving world. Aware that career paths are increasingly diverse and that innovation is an essential driver, the school offers a modern program aligned with developments in the market and technology.
As part of this approach, dedicated entrepreneurship courses are integrated into the curriculum to develop initiative and the ability to turn an idea into a concrete project. In addition, the CIEL incubator provides students with comprehensive support through training, practical workshops and a structured program that encourages the development of their innovative projects.
