Students become familiar with professional tools widely used in the sector. These include SPSS and SPHINX for data analysis and processing, ARENA for simulating and optimising logistics flows, as well as Warehouse Management systems for warehouse management and optimisation.

The introduction to the Python language allows them to automate certain analyses and process large volumes of data.
